SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Origin: We proudly ship all orders from Peru.
  • Free Worldwide Shipping: Enjoy FREE Express Shipping on all orders over US$ 200.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We want you to have a hassle-free experience. We are now shipping under DDP terms for most international destinations. This means all applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and added to your order at checkout. The price you pay at checkout is final, and you won’t have to worry about unexpected fees upon delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: For orders under US$ 200, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Times & Process

  • Processing Time: We take 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship your order. During sales or peak seasons, this may take slightly longer.
  • Estimated Transit Times (Once Shipped):
    • Americas: 2 - 3 business days
    • Peru: 2 - 3 business days
    • Europe: 4 - 5 business days
    • Asia / Oceania: 4 - 5 business days
  • Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided during checkout. The courier will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to Red Caribou. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Important Information regarding Customs & DDP

By paying for duties and taxes at checkout, you ensure a faster customs clearance process. In the rare and unlikely event that local authorities or the courier request an additional payment beyond what was charged at checkout, please contact us within 24 hours before making any payment, so we can verify the situation with our logistics partners.

Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to receive the order due to factors outside of Red Caribou's control, we reserve the right to charge for both outbound and return shipping costs, as well as any additional fees generated by customs.

Terms & Liabilities

  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we will reach out to you immediately to offer a modification, an alternative, or a full refund within 15 days.
  • Damaged Packages: If your parcel arrives showing visible signs of damage, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist you with the claim.
  • Liabilities: Red Caribou is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
    • Force majeure events (acts of nature, strikes, or accidents beyond our control).
    • Lost packages during international transit once handed over to the courier.
    • Currency exchange fluctuations applied by your bank.
