Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Red Caribou, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at mr.caribou@redcariboushop.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

  • Final sale items: Items in the Sale, Outlet section, or purchased with a specific "final sale" discount are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase from Red Caribou is required.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strictly recommend using a tracked service, as Red Caribou is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, the most efficient way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds & DDP Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Important: Original shipping costs and any import duties/taxes paid at checkout (DDP) are non-refundable, as these are collected by the respective customs authorities and carrier services.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at mr.caribou@redcariboushop.com.
